These scheduled back-ups, automatically wake up your computer systems and prepare the data for backup, it determines which files have been modified since the last backup, compresses them, and encrypts them for security. When this data process is complete, the computer uses its modem or Internet connection to contact our servers and transmit the data.

Our servers verify and store the data; simultaneously our servers transmit the data to a mirrored server for added protection for our customers. Both of the server rooms are protected by; Inogen Gas Extinguishing Systems in case of fire, UPS systems in case of power failure and High Tech security systems to avoid any unauthorised access to the computer suites.
